Drive Motor Retail - A Signage Rebrand Project

Rolling out the first phase of a rebrand project across the West Midlands for the Drive Direct brand.

The client

Drive Motor Retail Group is one of the UK’s leading car dealerships, representing Vauxhall, MG and Citroen. They have 13 dealerships based all across the country, including the West Midlands, Yorkshire and Gloucestershire, selling a wide range of used and new cars and vans.

Drive Motor Retail Group approached us to roll out the new branding for their Drive Direct signage. The first phase of the project was to complete the signage across their West Midlands dealerships, including Leicester, Nuneaton and Long Eaton.

Working from their newly approved brand guidelines, we designed each forecourt from scratch to ensure every element had maximum impact, and that the project came in within budget, of course.

Elements included brand new illuminated fascia signage, totem signs, flex face signs, and a custom branded outdoor backdrop where teams can take vehicle photographs for the website.

The project

After the initial consultation and a detailed survey of each site, we developed a full technical specification and design pack for each forecourt. 

Once we had the green light, our specialist team of sign makers crafted each element in-house at our Northampton workshop, enabling our signage installation team to complete the fit to an excellent standard.

Completing the project ahead of schedule and impressing the client with our fast, professional and quality service, we have been awarded the next phase of the rebranding project.
